Oliveriana Library

Sala dei Mappamondi
Sala Perticari

The Oliveriana Library has since 1892 been housed in Palazzo Almerici, one of the most important 18th. century buildings in Pesaro. The earliest collection was created when Annibale degli Abbati Olivieri donated his collection of rare editions, manuscripts and parchments to the city in 1756. Legacies over the centuries have made the Oliveriana one of the most prestigious libraries in the Marche and Central Italy.
